I appreciated the exceptional assistance from the staff, especially when they stored my luggage while I traveled to Kyoto. The self-service laundry and free coffee were added bonuses during my stay.

Y’all, the room was a good bit bigger than most I’ve seen in Japan, and my kids had plenty of space to spread out. But bless your heart, the aircon just wouldn’t cool down! We had to prop that window wide open at night. Free drinks in the lobby were a sweet lil perk though, for sure!

Free coffee and laundry were great. Luggage storage was super helpful. Room was tiny.

Hotel. Links Namba offers unique perks such as free juice and soda from a dispenser, and a well-designed room featuring more outlets than the average Japanese hotel. The bedside light controls added convenience for a comfortable stay. Many staff members communicated in decent English, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my visit.

The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.

i was so excited for my stay, but alas, i arrived to a smelly smoking room, despite requesting non-smoking. also, the heating was set too hot, making the room sufferably uncomfortable. honestly, one would think a place like this would offer some sort of complimentary gesture, but i guess only regulars get that treatment, huh?

i had a fantastic 4-night stay at hotel links namba. the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially rei, who spoke three languages and gave me great tips on local food. the breakfast had a nice variety, and the room amenities were top-notch. the place was clean, making my stay very enjoyable.

The proximity to the JR Namba station made traveling around the city effortless. The city view from my room was stunning, especially at night. The room itself was comfortable, offering just enough space to unwind after a day of exploration.

Amenities could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy twin room! The location was super convenient with easy access to transport and plenty of tasty eateries nearby. Plus, we loved the complimentary drinks and the thoughtful touch of a makeup station in the lobby. Perfect for our family!

For dads, it would be great if there were more luggage space.
